30-Day Free Return Policy

At Gator Cable, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
• What’s Not Covered:
• Physically damaged items
• Moisture-damaged or corroded products

Any damage must be reported to Gator Cable within 30 days of receipt, along with a photo as proof. After investigation, a refund will be issued. Unopened products can be exchanged within 30 days, provided they are in original, unused condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
